Around the Pub
We will be installing a 3rd nitro tap in the upstairs taproom for a wider variety of styles on nitro!
What is nitro? The addition of Nitrogen and a specialized faucet gives way to smaller bubbles creating a smoother, creamier experience.



Freshly harvested grand fir boughs were added to the kettle to give this seasonal its distinctive flavour.


Raspberry Wheat Ale


Sky High Grand Fir Ale
- 5% - 650mL

January 5th, 2015 - Branching out from the usual with our newest seasonal release! Sky High Grand Fir Ale is brewed with freshly harvested grand fir boughs which are added directly into the kettle.  It is a pine ale that avoids the overtly resinous in favour of a brighter, more nuanced character featuring citrus and evergreen.
Pours a light straw colour with a full frothy white head. Soft aromas of sweet fir leads to a bright pine flavour profile accented with notes of citrus and rosewater. Finishes with a subtle lingering bitterness.

This seasonal brew is only available for a limited time from your preferred craft-focused private liquor store.  If you find yourself in our neck of the woods, come on down to the brewery for a free tasting this Thursday from 4-6.
