14th, 2015 - Pucker up and play the sour note!
The second beer in our Sour Note series is hitting the shelves. Born
as a medium bodied dark ale, Sax in the Dark is infused with grape
must and augmented with lively Lactobacillus bacteria, the magical
secret to sour.
deep mahogany brown colour topped by a soft off-white head, a tangy
fruit nose leads to a lively, slightly sharp tartness through the
body underpinned with flavours red wine, grapes, and light toast.
Finishes puckeringly dry. This sour brew is proof that sometimes
the best notes fall outside of traditional scales.
Sax in the Dark is only available from private craft-focused liquor
stores for a limited time! If you find yourself in our

special draft tasting.
Short Wave Now in
March 15th, 2016: Short Wave is
moving into a six pack! After debuting in a 473mL tall can last year,
enthusiasm for this west coast pale ale has skyrocketed so much that we've
the brew to the classic 6 pack bottle format! Craft beer fans will
now be able to enjoy this frequency even more frequently. Can fans don't
get crushed--the tall can isn't going anywhere.
unfamiliar, Short Wave is a crisp pale ale with a northwest kick! Pouring a
beautiful sunset orange colour with a pillow white head, a medium
malt-forward body is electrified with bright citrus hops, until sweetness
and bitterness are dialed to balance.
This brew is currently available in your favourite private craft beer store
in the tall can section, with six packs slated to hit the shelves over the
next few days.
