The 24th Annual Great Figgy Pudding
Street Corner Caroling Competition

December 3, 2010 / Downtown Seattle & Westlake Center / 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Benefits the Pike Market Senior Center & Downtown Food Bank

It's Seattle's most heart-warming holiday tradition, attracting nearly 10,000 people every year. Immerse yourself in the holiday spirit as 40+ caroling teams sing their hearts out on downtown Seattle street corners in and around Westlake Center.

The top teams then compete in a sing-off on the Figgy Main Stage.
Pike Brewing's very own servers have put together a team, their specialty-beer carols, of course.
Come sing with them and lend your emotional and financial support for the Pike Market Senior Center and Downtown Food Bank. FIGLANTHROPY AWARDS are given to the three teams who raise the most money; the top team is invited to sing on stage. PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD: Vote for your Favorite Team. Ballots will be available at registration. A team must raise $750 or more to be judged for
MOST CREATIVE PERFORMANCE or BEST CHORAL PERFORMANCE.

ABOUT GOOD FOOD AWARDS
The Good Food Awards celebrate the kind of food we all want to eat: tasty, authentic, and responsible. This pioneering initiative grants awards to outstanding American food producers and the farmers who provide their ingredients. In its inaugural year, Good Food Awards will be given to winners in seven categories: beer, charcuterie, cheese, chocolate, coffee, pickles and preserves. Awards will be given to producers and their food communities from each of five regions of the US. The Good Food Awards seal, found on winning products, assures consumers they have found something exceptionally delicious that also supports sustainability and social good. Winners are announced at an annual Awards Ceremony and Marketplace at the iconic Ferry Building in San Francisco to honor new Good Food Award recipients and also organize a month of events and tastings to support the wider community making good food.  They are so delicious our friends at Cougar Mountain baked up another batch of their October
"Flavor of the Month" variety,  Double Chocolate XXXXX Stout cookies made with Pike Brewing Co.'s award-winning XXXXX Stout beer. I understand this is the last batch, so I've put some boxes in my freezer so they last! Look for the Pike Diamond Logo sticker on the box.
